Project Abhivyakt – Maiden Edition

By registering for or participating in Project Abhivyakt – Maiden Edition, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all delegates, observers, International Press members, and any other participants.
Project Abhivyakt is independently organized by the Project Abhivyakt Organizing Committee. All decisions regarding registrations, participation, committee allocations, awards, and event conduct remain solely at the discretion of the Secretariat and Organizing Committee.
Registration for the conference shall only be considered valid when all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
The participant has completed registration through the official website: projectabhivyakt.online
The participant has received an official confirmation email from the Project Abhivyakt team approving the registration.
Only registrations that satisfy both of the the above conditions shall be recognized as valid registrations in the event of any dispute, verification requirement, or participation eligibility check.
Registrations submitted through unofficial platforms, intermediaries, incomplete submissions, or without official confirmation from the organizing team shall not be considered valid.
Delegate fees must be paid through the payment methods provided on the official website.

Payment of the delegate fee indicates the participant’s intention to attend the conference. The organizing committee reserves the right to verify payment and registration details before confirming participation.
Incase you availed the delegation at any discount, the above fee(s) do not hold true. However you must present proof of discount (whatsapp chat/email/written communication with a Secretariat member, officially posted material ) when asked. NO AUDIO/CALL BASED PROOF WILL BE ENTERTAINED .
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
If the conference must be postponed, rescheduled, or shifted to an online format due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, registrations may be transferred to the revised format or future edition.
All participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during the conference.
The organizing committee reserves the right to warn, remove, or disqualify any participant who:
Participants removed due to misconduct will not be eligible for refunds.
By participating in Project Abhivyakt, delegates consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed during the conference.
Project Abhivyakt reserves the right to use such media for promotional, marketing, documentation, or archival purposes without compensation to participants.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify or change:
Such modifications may occur due to logistical or operational requirements.
Project Abhivyakt, its organizers, volunteers, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
Participation in the conference is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
The Organizing Committee shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in organizing or conducting the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Project Abhivyakt reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any updates will be reflected in the latest version of the Terms and Conditions, and the most recently updated version shall be considered valid and binding.
Participants are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
Any disputes arising in relation to the conference or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions by the Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.
